The integrated project Wines of Excellence and Tradition, studied over many years by the owners (with a Law and History educational background), has materialized following the acquisition of a large estate in the old Mondragon, an elective site of courtly, archaic and medieval traditions, in the territory of Arfanta Tarzo, in 2002 Then followed the immediate set up of a small vineyard, about two hectares in size, where to convey the excellence in agricultural and viticulture techniques, choice of materials and clonal selections, thanks to consultants of special and supreme competence.

The absolute compliance with historic traditions, architecture and culture has been associated with the adoption of the most modern and advanced winemaking technology, to create a product that would express to the highest levels the soil, the microclimate and the wise experience of men in finding a wine of distinction, a symbolic synthesis between nature, culture and tradition.
